Quick Start Guide

Overview

The User Management module allows administrators to view, create, and manage users, roles, and groups in Tadreeb LMS.

All Users

The All Users section displays a list of active users, including:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • User Group
  • Role

Users may include:

  • Students
  • Trainers
  • HR Personnel
  • Administrators

Create a New User

Prerequisite

You must have administrator access.

Steps

  1. Open Tadreeb LMS.
  2. Sign in using administrator credentials.
  3. Navigate to User Management.
  4. Click All Users.
  5. Click Add New.
  6. Enter required user details.
  7. Click Create.

The system creates the new user and displays it in the user list.

Trainers

The Trainers section lists all users assigned to the trainer role.

Displayed information includes:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • User Group
  • Status

Trainees

The Trainees section lists all users assigned to the trainee role, including personal and group details.

User Group

The User Group section organizes users by department or category.

Each group is identified by a Title.

Add User Group

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to User Management
  2. Click User Group
  3. Click Add User Group
  4. Enter required details
  5. Click Save

LDAP User List

LDAP integration allows the LMS to authenticate users through an external directory service, enabling centralized user management without creating separate LMS accounts.
